During this long, cold winter we are experiencing in New Jersey I wanted to share a yummy soul-warming winter’s days sequence with you. Winter is a season of shorter days, darkness, introspection and stillness. Meditating on this stillness through Pranayama, some deep Yin Yoga poses & Sun Salutations can be an exercise to prepare yourself to Spring. To keep from slipping into this season of darkness, keep your energy and inner light shining by keeping your body and spirit active. Reflect through the slow Yin poses and warm your soul with the rays of the sun with Sun Salutations. Rejuvenate and strengthen your inner being as you take the time to look within.
