We are all bracing for another snow blast here in New Jersey. To help keep you warm (and sane) as you stay inside here’s a wintry vinyasa to try. All you need is a quiet space in your house to roll out your mat. I like setting my Pandora on a station playing yoga music.
Begin by settling into your breath. If you are home with family, shut the door but know that you may not have an interruption or noise-free practice. Begin deep yoga breathing in and out your nose for 5-10 rounds.
