People are often surprised when they hear that not only is it OK to practice Pilates while pregnant but that it has many benefits.  Working with a certified instructor educated in Pre & Post natal Pilates can aid in keeping you healthy, strong & comfortable during your pregnancy.  Postnatal Pilates is perfect for coming back into your body & fitness post baby & strengthening your core in a mindful & intelligent way.   I have worked with many women during their pregnancies in Pilates as well as in yoga.   Typically the prenatal Pilates sessions are done in a one-on-one private session, whereas the yoga sessions are conducted in small group settings or one-on-one.  I also offer in-home sessions of pre & post natal Pilates & yoga.  For more information or to schedule a session email me!
