  1. So true! Yoga is something I recently started and I am so happy with the changes that I am already seeing! I’m in recovery from an eating disorder and I feel like it’s helping me to be more comfortable with my body, more in touch with my body, and also to be more relaxed and stress-free, too. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to do more and more!!

    1. That’s wonderful to hear. As a former ballerina who battled anorexia for a long time, I too have experienced the healing powers of yoga. I love sharing that powerful experience with dancers & eating disorder sufferers alike. Namaste.
