Mantra Monday: Love It All Out

It’s a healthy reminder for us all from time to time to just breathe it all out! What that means is to acknowledge how you’re feeling, whether it’s good or bad, and then release it with a breath & love.

Last night our 6 month old was teething. He was up fairly consistently from 3am on. I wanted so badly to help him find comfort. I nursed him, held him, sang & he still was restless. I felt powerless & confused. I had to acknowledge my exhaustion & frustration & then let it go. It allowed me to be in the moment, remain calm & of best service to little George. Thankfully we both took a long nap this morning.
