Wellness Wednesday: Travel Light

Monday’s mantra focused on the idea of “getting lost” to gain new perspective. Following that train of thought let’s look at traveling light. I’m not talking about what you pack to bring on vacation physically. Rather, I’m talking about the emotional baggage we carry around with us day to day. Taking a trip is not an escape from the realities of your life but is an opportunity to gain new perspectives & leave certain stresses at home.

Where can you slow down in your life? How can you show more compassion to those around you & yourself? Take notice in the simple moments in silence & take pause to enjoy all the blessings you have.
