Mantra Monday: Think

With springtime comes new beginnings.  In order to change a habit we need to change our minds.  We all have patterns of thoughts and behaviors.  Meditation & yoga can help break the negative pathways we have in order to create space for new ones to form.  In yoga these patterns of experiences are known as samskaras.   Through yoga therapy we can evaluate these experiential imprints & work to create new patterns of thought & action.  

You can begin by simply becoming aware of your internal dialogue throughout the day.  Is your inner voice one of a critic or a friend?
