New 4 week Pilates reformer series just for moms. Whether your baby is a few months old or a few years old, this class is specifically designed for moms. Focus will be on core strength and stabilization, posture and flexibility. This is a great opportunity to get back into a smart exercise routine, connect with other moms and learn Pilates reformer.
